Parties, Parties, Parties

Well, we have been real party animals lately - that is all we get done these days - Birthday Parties. First up was Bradley's 3rd birthday party on June 17th. Here are a few pictures of his party.

Then there was our neighbor Nick's party on June 30th - here are a few pictures of that party.

Then came Alex's party on July 7th.............

And lastly yesterday July 8th was Avery's first Birthday party and it was a pool party - I didn't know how Bradley would do since it had been about a year since he had been in a pool but he did good. However he started swimming lessons today which didn't go that great - hopefully tomorrow will be better for that.

Bradley's BIG Birthday Present

OK - Sorry these are out of order but mom just emailed me a bunch of picutres. Bradley turned three June 11th. We planned to have his party May 27th to have it over with before the birth of Wesley - however Wesley came early and the party wasn't until June 17th. At the beginning of the summer both our neighbors put up wooden swing sets - Bradley wondered where his was so we decided that would be his birthday present. After shopping around we decided the one from Sam's Club was the best value - however, it is somewhat BIG. Bigger than we thought once we got it up. Also our grass had not come up in the back very well so in order to avoid a mud hole after it rained we had to lay down rubber mulch. To sum it all up it turned out to be a week long project. It took us 22 hours to put together the clubhouse - If anyone has gotten one of the Sam's Club clubhouses then you know all the stickers that tell you which board is what have fallen off. The first 3 hours were spent marking all the boards. NOT FUN!!! Anyway it turned out really nice thanks to Dad, Mom, Jim, Wendy, Nick and Nicki.

Bradley at Bible School

Bradley attended our Church Bible School last week - this was his first year at our Church Bible School but he has been going to a friends Bible School since he was a year old. He was unsure about ours at first but got used to it really fast. He seems to enjoy it and all his teachers were very impressed with how well he does since he is not in daycare or preschool (will start this fall). He seems to get along with all the kids and is better behaved for strangers than he is for his parents! :-)

It was from Sunday to Thursday when they did the closing ceremony - Picture of him in the red with all the other kids - they put on a show for all the parents. It was fun to see him up there.

Wesley 5 days old

First is a few pictures of Wesley - 5 days old and while I was looking at these I was so shocked at how small he is in these pictures he has filled out so much. He was only a little over 6 pounds in these pictures and I am sure he is pushing 9 pounds now. He is growing so fast. Also one is of Bradley playing with his Great PaPaw before he went back to Florida. He was here for Wesley's birth. These are all from the end of May.
