Happy Halloween

We made it out on Tuesday October 30, 2007 for Trick or Treating - Yeah I know most of you all are asking "Why not October 31st?" Well around here for some reason we never have trick or treat on October 31st. I guess they think less destruction will go on if it isn't on the actual day. WHATEVER!!!

But anyway, I had one spiderman who would not keep his mask on - he said no one would know who he was if he had his mask on,

and I had one Tigger.

Wesley didn't make it very far until he decided to take a little "Cat Nap" him being Tigger and all.

We went around our neighborhood - which was the perfect size for a three year old. There is about 30 houses I would say. It took us about an hour and he filled up his little spiderman bucket so he was happy.

I wanted to take a moment to say HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Nicholas Barry who turned three this past weekend. And looking at the calendar right now I see I missed his mothers Birthday yesterday - Sorry Katie. I only look at calendars on the weekdays - when I am at work. So This is a Happy Belated Birthday to Both. The weekends are not long enough to do all that needs to be done - and spending time with the kids takes priority. I have really been struggling with that lately. Bradley falls asleep in the car every evening and sleeps till morning so I don't get to spend time with him during the week at all it seems - and it just seems so unfair to cram 7 days worth of time into Saturday and Sunday. Plus if we make it to church which is rare these days - I feel like putting him in Jr. Church (which I know is good for him) takes away even more of my time with him. The house takes a back burner - if it gets cleaned it is after they are in bed and that means I am up until midnight or later - not fun when you are already exhausted. I feel like my life is constantly on fast forward - not to mention I can't get anywhere on time these days. Anyway - sorry about my little rant - I just can't find enough time to do it all. Until our next big event . . .
